Can I get a refund within 30 days?

If you're not satisfied with a paid Turnwell plan, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact us at turnproofapp@gmail.com.

How do I cancel my plan?

You can cancel any time from the Plan page in the app. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for. See also Paddle's Refund Policy.
