Who is responsible for my data?
Turnwell is operated by Ashley Yearby, an individual, who is the data controller for the personal data described here. That means we decide why and how it is used.

- Property and cleaner details (property names, addresses, cleaner names) — to provide the service. Basis: contract.
- Turnover photos and location (photos, time taken, approximate location when a cleaner allows it) — to provide dated proof of each clean. Basis: contract and legitimate interests.
- Support messages — to help you. Basis: legitimate interests.
- Usage and device data (IP address, browser, device identifiers, pages used) — for security, fraud prevention and improving Turnwell. Basis: legitimate interests.
- Marketing emails, only if you agree — Basis: consent, which you can withdraw any time.
Who does Turnwell share my data with?
We share data with service providers, Paddle, professional advisers and authorities when legally required.
- Service providers who host and run Turnwell (hosting, database, file storage, email).
- Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for selling plans, managing subscriptions, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
- Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants.

We do not sell your personal data.
Can my data be processed in another country?
Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long does Turnwell keep my data?
We keep account data while your account is open. Turnover photos are kept for your plan's photo-history period and while your account exists. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
What rights do I have over my data?
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, object to its use, and withdraw consent. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. We respond to requests within one month.
